4 New Products Passed National Appraisal

12月17日，中国机械工业联合会与中国通用机械工业协会在重泵办公大楼联合组织召开了国家级新产品鉴定会，重泵公司自主研制的高温高压离心式加氢进料泵、超高压油田注水泵、磁感应控制液压隔膜泵、超高压进口压力多级离心泵等四型泵通过鉴定。来自重庆市经信委及沙坪坝区经信委、重庆机电控股集团领导出席见证，重泵公司董事长李方忠、总经理彭忠和研发团队人员全程参加会议。

On December 17 of 2021, China Machinery Industry Federation and China General Machinery Industry Association jointly organized a national appraisal meeting of new products in CQPI office building. The four models of pumps independently developed by CQPI, high temperature and high pressure centrifugal hydrogenation feed pump, ultra-high pressure oilfield water injection pump, magnetic induction controlled hydraulic diaphragm pump, and ultra-high pressure inlet pressure multistage centrifugal pump, finally passed the appraisal. Officials from Commission of Economy & Information Technology of Chongqing Municipal & Shapingba District, as well as managers from CME & CQME made the presence. Li Fangzhong, CQPI Chairman, and Peng Zhong, the General Manager, as well as the R& D team attended the whole meeting.

本次鉴定小组由来自全国各地的11位行业权威专家组成，鉴定过程中认真听取了产品研制报告，审查了相关技术文件，并现场质询后一致认为：四个鉴定产品均具有完全自主知识产权，主要技术指标都达到国际同类产品先进水平，分别可在样机试用领域及类似工况领域推广使用；相关产品制造工艺装备齐全、试验检测条件完善，质保体系运行有效，具备批量生产能力，同意通过国家级鉴定。

The appraisal team is composed of 11 industry authoritative experts from all over the country. During the appraisal process, the expert team carefully listened to product development report, reviewed relevant technical documents, and agreed after on-site inquiries that the four appraisal products have completely independent intellectual property rights, and the main technical indicators have reached global advanced level of similar products, with conditions for prototype trial and similar working conditions respectively. The four products have complete manufacturing equipment, perfect test and inspection conditions, effective operation of quality assurance system and mass production capacity. It is in unanimous agreement to pass national appraisal in the end.

本次通过鉴定的四型产品是重泵公司采用先进设计方法和制造工艺，自主研制的全新产品。其中，高温高压离心式加氢进料和超高压油田注水泵具有泵能效达到国家节能评价值；磁感应控制液压隔膜泵开发出隔膜泵远程监控系统，实现了泵组故障早期预警；超高进口压力多级离心泵研制了适应于带固体颗粒介质的螺旋密封，提高了超高进口压力离心泵轴封可靠性。

The four appraisals are new products independently developed by CQPI of advanced design methods and manufacture technology. Among them, pump energy efficiency of the high temperature and high pressure centrifugal hydrogenation feed pump and ultra-high pressure oilfield water injection pump, reaches the national energy-saving evaluation level; the magnetic induction controlled hydraulic diaphragm pump has developed a diaphragm pump remote monitoring system to realize the early warning of pump unit failure; a spiral seal suitable for solid particle medium is developed for ultra-high inlet pressure multistage centrifugal pump, which improves the reliability of shaft seal of ultra-high inlet pressure centrifugal pump.
