NETC Annual Evaluation Passed

2月15日，国家发改委办公厅印发关于国家企业技术中心2021年评价结果的通知（发改办高技〔2022〕68号），重庆水泵厂有限责任公司以82.1分良好成绩顺利通过2021年度国家企业技术中心评价，继续持有此项殊荣。

On February 15, CQPI successfully passed the 2021 evaluation of the National Enterprise Technology Center(NETC) with a good score of 82.1, and continued to hold the award.

国家企业技术中心是国家发改委牵头对全国创新能力强、创新机制好、引领示范作用大的企业技术中心予以认定，获得认定的企业具有行业领先的技术创新能力和水平，是企业技术实力的充分体现，每两年评价一次。根据国家企业技术中心2021年评价结果，重泵公司在全国1744家企业中排名第404，重庆市36家企业中排名第3，较2019年复评全国排名第1076有大幅度提升。

The NETC is the recognition on enterprise with strong innovation ability, good innovation mechanism and great leading and demonstration role by the National Development and Reform Commission. The recognized enterprise has industry-leading technological innovation ability and level, which fully reflects the technological strength of the enterprise. The evaluation is conducted every two years. According to the evaluation results of the National Enterprise Technology Center in 2021, CQPI ranks 404 among 1744 enterprises in China and 3 among 36 enterprises in Chongqing, which is significantly improved from the national ranking of 1076 in the 2019 reevaluation.

重泵公司高度重视技术创新工作，一直致力于国家重大装备自主研发，在核电、冶金、矿浆输送、化工、海洋石油等中高端泵自主研发方面取得了丰硕的成果。自2016年被认定为国家企业技术中心以来，重泵公司持续加大科研经费投入，研发经费支出占主营业务收入的比重（R&D）超过6.5%，并逐年稳步提升；近两年，通过不断完善技术创新制度、深化产学研合作、强化人才队伍建设等多措并举，逐渐建立并完善了适合企业自身发展的技术创新体系，获得较好的技术产出和技术效益，保证了技术创新成果源源不断地产出；同时也取得了“国家技术创新示范企业”、国家工信部“专精特新‘小巨人’企业”、国家“CNAS”实验室认证等多项荣誉称号。

CQPI pays much attention to technological innovation, has been committed to independent research and development of the national major equipment, and has achieved fruitful results on the independent research and development of high and middle end pump applicable in these industry such as nuclear power, metallurgy, slurry transportation, chemical industry and offshore oil etc. Since 2016, was identified as national enterprise technology center, CQPI continues to increase investment in research and development spending, which accounts for 6.5% of the main business income and rising steadily year by year. Nearly two years, through continuously improve the system of technology innovation, deepen the manufacture-learning-research cooperation, strengthening the talent team construction and so on many measures, gradually establish and perfect the technology innovation system suitable for enterprise itself development, achieve good technical output and benefit, and ensure the acquisition of technology innovation achievements. At the same time CQPI has also obtained many honors such as National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, Specialization, Fine, Particular and Innovation ‘little giant’ Enterprises in National Ministry of Industry and Information and National "CNAS" laboratory.

此次顺利通过国家企业技术中心的复评，是国家对公司技术创新工作的极大肯定。重泵公司将继续按照国家企业技术中心建设的有关要求，充分发挥技术团队优势，努力打造能够 “研发一个课题、转化一类成果，带动一批项目”的技术中心,持续加大科研投入，不断取得更多技术创新成果，为践行公司新“142”发展战略，建成“百年重泵”的宏伟愿景而不懈奋斗。

The successful re-evaluation of NETC is a great affirmation of the company's technological innovation work.
