DESCALING SYSTEM OF TURKEY DELIVERY

 2021年11月26日，包装的师傅扬起榔头，将最后一颗钉子敲入木箱盖板，标志着重泵承制的土耳其钢厂客户整套高压水除鳞系统顺利完工，186箱部件装车完毕，集装待发。

On November 26, 2021, the operator from warehouse strikes the last nail into a wooden package, and it marks successful completion of CQPI fabrication of whole high-pressure descaling system for a mill owner of Turkey. Total 186 packages have been well loaded and ready to departure sea port.

土耳其钢厂热轧项目为国内知名冶金工程公司EPC总包，其中高压水除鳞系统由重泵分包。本次项目历时9个月，在优化设计、生产制造，装配试水、涂装油漆全过程严格执行土耳其业主标准，并最终一次性通三方监造见证的过性能试验和现场封箱验收，受到总包客户和终端用户高度评价。

This HRM project in Turkey is undertaken by a well-known metallurgical EPC contractor of China, where CQPI subcontracts the descaling system. The whole lead time lasts 9 months, and strict implementations of owner specification have been well followed during complete phases of design optimization, product manufacture, final assembly, hydraulic test, coating, and painting. The descaling system finally passes the performance test and factory acceptance test from  supervision of a third party at one time, which gains high appraisal from the EPC client and the end user.

The descaling system used for hot rolling in steel mills is a conventional strength of CQPI, with its  prominent competitive influence scattered in global steel plants, including POSCO of Korea and Jindal of India. Based on its good reliability, stability and economy of historical supplies, the Turkish mill owner has placed full trusts in the descaling system, for which CQPI has been awarded to at least 5 contracts for its global projects up to so far.
