SINOPEC Delivery: Water Injection Pump

Two sets of water injection pump units (ZDP160-50) of CQPI passed the performance tests & FAT witness by a joint review from  TUV, customer and CCS, ready to departure  to SINOPEC offshore platform. 

   X月X日，重泵公司设计、制造的2台ZDP160-50型注水泵，顺利通过TUV工程师、客户代表、船级社代表的性能检验和出厂验收，全部下线，即将启运业主现场。

The pump unit was ordered by a French client to be used in an offshore platform of SINOPEC as a booster pump for the water injection system to ensure higher pressure for the injection well as well as  outcome increase.

    该泵为法国一国际公司订购，将用于中石化一海洋采油平台，作为油田注水系统的增压注水泵，以保障更高压力的注水井所需的注水压力，达到油田增产之目的。

The flow rate is 150m3/h, the head is 500m. And the motor power is 400KW. It fully conforms to BB3 structure of API610.  As the inlet pressure of the pump is 12~14MPa, and the outlet pressure reaches 18~20MPa, it adopts symmetrical arrangement to ensure the self-balance of axial force, and adopts axial split for pump casing to facilitate the inspection and maintenance. PLAN11 is adopted for mechanical seal flushing. 

    泵的额定流量150m³/h、额定扬程500m。由于该泵的进口压力12~14MPa,出口压力将达到18~20MPa；叶轮采用对称布置，以保证轴向力自平衡，泵体采用轴向剖分式结构，方便开盖检查维修，采用PLAN11方案冲洗机械密封。该泵完全符合API610标准的BB3结构形式。
